Acceptance of Terms. By using https://mrteetaxi.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mr Tee Taxi markets and arranges Airport Transportation, Corporate Transportation, Event Transportation, Hotel Transportation, Senior Transportation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Mr Tee Taxi and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Mr Tee Taxi may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Mr Tee Taxi makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Tee Taxi's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mr Tee Taxi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr Tee Taxi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MI for any related dispute.

Modifications. Mr Tee Taxi may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
